Why Women Will Win - Astrology Talks
From Arizona abortion, to J.K Rowling in Scotland and Sall Grover in Australia...
THE BIGGEST GLOBAL ATTACK ON WOMEN in decades is shown by the South Node in Libra for the first time in 18 years. Libra, the scales of justice, rules equality between men and women.
Not surprisingly, we’re back there. Yet the astrology also shows women are going to win. Why? Pluto in Aquarius is also here.
That’s the cycle that replaced King Henry VIII with Mary I and Elizabeth I. It also saw Boudicca beating the Romans into submission - long enough to change the nation.
Pluto in Aquarius, every 248 years, ushered in Mary Wollstonecraft, and what became modern feminism.
Tickle Versus Giggle
In Australia, where I am publishing this in Sydney, something strange called Tickle Versus Giggle is unfolding.
A man calling himself Roxy Tickle believes he belongs on a female-only social network called Giggle. Giggle is owned by Sall Grover and it’s now day two. She doesn’t want him there. Neither do a large amount of women.
The female sex on Twitter is angry. And #IStandWithSallGrover is now trending right around the world - not just in Australia.
How the Astrology Shows Women Will Win
We only see Pluto (power) in Aquarius (the whole community) every 248 years. It always chimes with grotesque behaviour by men, against women, and always sees women rise and triumph.
We might cite King Henry VIII chopping off the heads of his wives when he could not obtain a male heir to replace him. Pluto in Aquarius.
How about Boudicca’s daughters being raped by the Romans in Britain? And her legacy from her husband being taken from her? Pluto in Aquarius.
It’s also a rule of the cycle that there are some females who will be disloyal to their own sex. Those Roman ladies who backed Nero against Boudicca for example (and we know what happened to Nero. And his fans).
The New War On Women
In 2024 the Pluto in Aquarius cycle has only just begun but it is also showing up in Arizona (Abortion) and of course in Scotland (J.K.Rowling leading the fight to get men out of women’s domestic violence shelters and prisons). Her stand against the recent Scottish hate crime law made all the front pages.
(Is it hate to say there are only two sexes? Well, is it?)
Substack as well as Twitter has seen both men and women joining forces in this new War on Women, as Graham Linehan calls it.
Astrology Is Powerful Inside Information
Astrology and history tell us that this combination of the South Node in Libra (karma in the long fight for women’s equality) and Pluto in Aquarius (people power) is a winner for female rights.
You always get a power struggle with Pluto, too. That’s part of the nature of the planet in astrology.
Minerva in Astrology Talks
Giggle is a social media network (Gemini) and Sall Grover turns up as Minerva, the goddess of wisdom, also in Gemini.
Minerva is an asteroid. Daughter of Jupiter. Born from his brain, in fact. She was her father’s advisor.
There is a trine from Minerva to Pluto in Aquarius, the people power statement. Sall had to raise her own funds to fight Roxy Tickle.
What you can see in the chart is also the start of a revolution with female-only internet spaces and local gathering places. Why? Well, that’s Uranus in Gemini too, up ahead.
Gemini is of course the sign of the star writer and apart from Rowling, we have Linehan and his stellar television career, but also my friend Julie Burchill.
‘Woke is the revenge of the dullard on the wit, the curtain-twitcher on the headline-maker, the wallflower on the whirling dancer’ – add to that ‘the establishment stooge who believes himself righteous on the outlaw’. So, punk’s not dead – this time, she’s a Terf.
What’s happening in the heavens now is fascinating as it shows Gemini (the novelists, the authors, the scriptwriters) coming into their own and slowly but surely starting to win the War On Women.
What J.K. Rowling Actually Said
This is part of J.K. Rowling’s original statement on Twitter. It has had an enormous number of likes from those among the millions who follow her. It also shows that Gemini-Aquarius link in the world horoscope at the moment, as I write this in April 2024.
The Case of the Mona Ladies’ Lounge
MONA IN HOBART, TASMANIA is also showing up in this chart, as it was on 9th April 2024 that a female-only section of the space was told - it had to admit men to its Ladies’ Lounge.
MONA is another good example of that phenomenon we see with Pluto in Aquarius, where women act against the interests of women. Their Ladies’ Lounge, it turns out, was open to any man who said he was…a lady.
Too funny. We’re back to the age of Nero and Boudicca again. Have to say, you want to be on the right side of history on this cycle.
Uranus in Gemini and a Battle Won
Uranus enters Gemini, the sign of the internet and local life, from July 7th 2025. It follows Jupiter in Gemini, from May 25th 2024.
Every time these historic cycles begin, they trine Pluto in Aquarius and its people power. Basically, judges and politicians are nowhere in this. Neither are Julie Burchill’s ‘righteous establishment stooges.’
This chart is not just about Sall Grover on 9th April 2024, it is about a huge number of battles against women, flaring up at the same time.
Donald Trump letting US states decide if abortion should be banned, even if women have been raped. Men who want to muscle into lesbian spaces.
This is a power-packed female asteroid chart, making exact aspects, as you would expect. Psyche at 8 Aquarius (she lives forever). Fortuna at 8 Pisces (she turns the Wheel of Fortune).
From this chart (AstroGold Software) you can also move time forward and see that whatever the establishment decision on Sall Grover, women are already going to win.
Minerva, Jupiter and Uranus in Gemini
It looks like Sall Grover and Giggle will be a growing concern, and a going concern, soon after Jupiter changes signs to Gemini.
So, you might say Roxy Tickle has done Giggle a favour. You can’t buy that kind of publicity for a startup. The smart money, quite literally, is on what Julie Burchill is calling the new punk. The Boudiccas and Vikings. The Bloody Marys. Same cycles!
Pluto In Aquarius and Shared Space
Above all other things, Aquarius is a symbol of equally shared space. It rules groups and communities who make room for each other.
The name comes from the Roman water-bearer who supplied the Roman baths. The idea of pooling resources and giving a diverse community room to move - together - is at the heart of Aquarius.
Lesbians and Gay Men
If people on Substack and Twitter are angry about what happened to Sall Grover and Tickle, it’s no surprise. Pluto in Aquarius is potent in a group.
Lesbians are a good example of ‘diversity in the community’ that this cycle is all about (and it runs for 20 years). And so many lesbians and gay men have had enough - like the LGB Alliance for example.
Twitter shows the rage, below. This is from ‘Heretic’ Sal, which is uncanny, given that heretics were at the heart of that other Pluto in Aquarius transit with King Henry VIII and the church…
The Age of Aquarius? Pluto in Aquarius?
What we’re looking at here with this big debate about men and women is long-term. This is not a 2024 moment.
It also shows the classic theme of transformation with Pluto - so that many of the people (women, even) who are now raging at J.K.Rowling will change their minds. Pluto is the transformer.
Women who failed to understand what Mary Wollstonecraft was talking about on a previous Pluto in Aquarius cycle, finally learned. And changed.
The Fight That Is Off To A Flying Start
This cycle runs until 2043. We are at the very beginning (Pluto now stands at 1 Aquarius).
The fight for women is off to a flying start with these stunning trines to Minerva in Gemini (April 2024) then Jupiter in Gemini (May 2024) and finally, the really big one, Uranus in Gemini (July 2025).
Update: How This Prediction Just Came True
I’ve come back to this Substack post on Thursday 25th April with some good proof for astrology.
Women are, in fact, winning in the War On Women. Even the United Nations has now backed The Cass Report, which protects children.
Reem Alsalem just made it official.
There will be more wins to come, as women, girls (and the men who are on their side) find victory ahead.
Henry VIII was replaced by Mary I and Elizabeth I on this same cycle. Find out more about the historic Pluto in Aquarius cycle here.

Ha! Brilliant. What a time to be a woman. I felt so empowered reading this after years of feeling disempowered.
On your marks, get set, go ladies!
Too damn right.
