Feedback from a 'it didn't work for me':
1. When play pink noise, don't feel any different, no ideas come, don't feel more connected to intuition, 'in the zone' etc. It's just pink noise.
2. When pull tarot card, look up online/books meaning of it, got no idea what the 'gateway' is.
Yes, do regular meditation, exercise, positive thinking etc etc.
