The Astrology of the Rare Jupiter and Pluto Trine
I’VE JUST BEEN IGNORING THE LION’S GATE PORTAL AGAIN. Have you? It’s a lot of nonsense about ‘manifesting’ which has nothing to do with astrology. There’s a state of disaster in Hawaii at the moment. Some portal.
This has made me search for genuinely great astrological weather, though. And the pick of 2024 has to be the Jupiter-Pluto trine on 3rd June next year. It is exact at 2.00am in London (adjust for your time zone) and occurs with Pluto at 1 Aquarius 53 and Jupiter at 1 Gemini 53. (AstroGold Software Chart).
YOU HAD A PREVIEW OF PLUTO IN AQUARIUS in March, April, May 2023 as the planet of power and control entered the sign of friendships and groups for the first time in 248 years. If you have anything in Aquarius in your Eleventh House (using the Natural House system of astrology) then this was the smallest start of a new era of transformation, running some 20 years into the future.
AQUARIUS AND GEMINI are both air signs and associated with people and ideas in free circulation. This date is a nod to life after 2026 as well, when Uranus (revolution) is in Gemini and the worldwide web is liberated from its former self.
You don’t have to be a professional astrologer to see that the future of social media is public-owned. Aquarius is community control. Substack is pioneering this already, selling shares to writer-owners.
Beyond crowdfunded and crowd-owned versions of Twitter, Facebook, BlueSky and the rest, there will also be new translation technology in real time. Gemini rules languages. Today’s Zoom will look primitive with the Zoom that is coming.
On a more personal note, Gemini rules siblings and cousins. The brother, sister and/or cousin in your life will be at the heart of tremendous improvements and solutions once the Pluto-Jupiter trine begins.
Gemini also rules short journeys. I am sure you can see that group-share electric cars in 2023 are but the tiniest hint to what the future will bring. Pluto in Aquarius and Jupiter, then Uranus in Gemini (from 2026) suggests the end of the single driver, single car, petrol/gas lifestyle.
AQUARIUS IS ABOUT POOLING RESOURCES. Gemini is about communication, information, negotiation and transportation. Leave it to your imagination to see what is possible for you next year.

I think the Lions gate is not really astrology or manifesting energy as much as it is astronomy and the Egyptians using the movment of the stars to know when certain earthly events would happen like the flooding of the Nile each year. I mean the energies of the Universe are always open. The door to God, the heavens etc, are always open. The energy doesn't just open certain times and God certainly doesn't refer to a calendar to open portals and energy. Which one would he use? There are many calendars active in man's world. There is no time in the mind of the infinite. Time is a man made construct. There are cycles, for sure, but every moment is an opportunity. The infite is not limited to or goverened by the minds of man.
