ST. KILDA HAS STUNNING BEACHES and now The Melbourne Astrology Walk too. Start at The Sun, put on your headphones and walk almost 6km to Pluto, with some of the world’s best-known astrologers.
This is a podcast taking in the talents of horoscope experts whose work covers CNN, Harper’s Bazaar, the Daily Mail, the BBC and Hello magazine. There are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants along the waterfront, if you want to organise lunch near Saturn or dinner at Pluto.
Natalie Delahaye, Israel Ajose, Julija Simas, Zane Stein, Stephanie Johnson, Ana Isabel, Penny Thornton and Debbie Frank can walk you around your personal birth chart, as you also walk around the planet sculptures from St. Kilda to Port Melbourne.
THE WORLDWIDE ASTROLOGY WALK launches in November and can plug you into any of the Solar System trails from Somerset in England (pictured) to Hobart in Tasmania. (Creative Commons).
The Astrology Show On Substack
Exclusive to The Astrology Show on Substack, hosted by Alicia Fulton, this new video and audio guide is an ideal way to spend a half-day in Melbourne. Bring a picnic and sit on the beach, or enjoy a celebratory drink at the end, once you make it to Pluto.
Hi Jessica & Alicia, thank you. Looks brilliant. Clever tech. I can’t wait to do the walk. Best wishes Julie
I did this walk yesterday :-). I went with a friend so it was more of a social outing, but I am going to go back and do it again while listening to the podcast (which I have read the transcript of). I think it's something I will be revisiting over time. Astrology can seem so abstract sometimes, but something like this really brings the sky down to earth. Walking that distance - between the planets and to scale - spoke to me quite deeply.
